I used to go to the local beauty supply store and pay 99 cent for dramatic, thick band having, unrealistic lashes. So I was scrolling on YouTube when I kept seeing reviews of this L.A Colors Foundation  and I couldn't believe the coverage I was seeing in these reviews. And get this! It's only $6!
